Amaysing Xpress LLC (“Amaysing Xpress,” “we,” “us”) provides delivery and logistics services through our Jacksonville / Northeast Florida operations. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit through our forms:
- Get a Quote: company or customer name, contact name, business email, phone, pickup and destination details, service type, frequency, volume, vehicle requirement, requested start date and time, and any handling notes.
- Partner With Us: company and contact details, title, industry, service needs, service area, estimated volume, vehicle requirement, engagement type, desired start date and notes.
- Drive With Us: the preliminary application details described in the next section.
- Contact: your name, email, optional phone and company, the topic you choose and your message.
When you submit a form we also record the date and time, the fact that you gave consent, and technical details such as your IP address and browser type. We use these to prevent spam and abuse and to keep an accurate record.
Please don’t include payment details or sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
Owner-operator applicants
Our preliminary Drive With Us application asks only for contact details, city or service market, business details, vehicle information, delivery experience, availability and whether you carry commercial-use auto coverage.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers or images, bank account details or background-check information on this website. Qualified applicants are directed to a secure third-party onboarding and verification environment, where that partner’s own privacy terms apply.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate contractor applications; coordinate onboarding, dispatch, delivery and customer support; communicate shipment and route updates; maintain records; improve our services; prevent misuse; and comply with applicable laws. We use mobile numbers for SMS communications in accordance with the applicable consent and messaging requirements.
We do not sell your personal information.
SMS communications & consent
Individuals who voluntarily opt in may receive messages about independent contractor applications, onboarding, document requests, scheduling, dispatch, route assignments, pickup and delivery coordination, shipment updates, customer service, and related operational communications.
Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of applying to drive, purchasing services, or doing business with us. Providing a telephone number alone does not automatically constitute SMS opt-in. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Retention
We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above, including follow-up, recordkeeping and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize them. Owner-operator applications are kept on file for 1 year. SMS opt-in records may be retained as necessary to document consent and compliance.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted staff access and activity logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
