  2. Preliminary Review

    Our team reviews your details, vehicle and service market.

  3. Verify Business & Documents

    Qualified applicants verify documents through our secure onboarding partner.

  4. Complete Agreement / Onboarding

    Review and sign the independent contractor agreement and finish onboarding.

  5. Activate Profile

    Once all requirements are met, your owner-operator profile is activated.

  6. View / Accept Available Opportunities

    See delivery opportunities as they become available and accept the ones that fit.

  • Business / entity documentation where required
  • EIN / W-9
  • Valid driver’s license and MVR review where appropriate
  • Background screening where required
  • Vehicle registration and photos
  • Insurance verification
  • Signed independent contractor agreement
  • Secure ACH / payment setup
  • Customer or route-specific training when applicable
